All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by
you for one of the following reasons:
• To provide us with necessary contact information in the event of an
emergency
• To provide us relevant medical and health information in order to
ensure a safe and happy learning environment for your child
• To provide us with details to communicate information about new
classes (optional)
Your data is confidential and no information will be shared with other
organisations or individuals.

your information by deleting it from the secure spreadsheet.
